I will defend those around me with sentimental value, such as my family members and close friends, for nothing will ever be able to replace them if they are gone, therefore it would be better that i cherish them while they are still alive, rather to only realise that when they are gone, which is too late. My parents ecspecially, as they were the ones who have provided for me over all these years, and it is natural of me to repay them by defending them, just like i know they would do their best to protect me. I would also defend my country, as this is where i spent my whole life in, and propably where i would want to spend the rest of my life in, and i feel that i should do my part in protecting it.

I quite agree with joseph on this as if a person is not even able to fend for himself, surely, he would not even be able to defend others. Therefore i think that before we defend others, we must learn to protect ourselves first.
