What if the person who snatched the money away from the lady knew that there was indeed a CCTV camera there, and so purposely chose a blind spot in which the camera could not record? I am sure the camera would not be able to record what happened there would it? Besides, no one would be stupid enough to go and rob an old lady in front of a CCTV surveillance .
